Netherlands Pavilion
Tokyo Game Show 2023

Netherlands Pavilion @TGS 2023

We are excited to announce a game industry trade mission and Netherlands Pavilion at Tokyo Game Show 2023.

The Netherlands will be represented by 11 organizations from the game industry, a healthy mix of innovative game developers and service providers.

The game industry trade mission is organized by the Netherlands Embassy in Japan in collaboration with DGA. Our aim is to showcase the present and future of Dutch games to Asia and the rest of the world, and to highlight the economic, cultural and societal value of games. In addition, the goal is to establish business connections between Japan and The Netherlands, and to showcase Dutch games to Japanese consumers.

The mission involves a two-day programme prior to Tokyo Game Show. It consists of company visits, business meetups, and a taste of Japanese (game) culture.

  • 19 September: B2B Company Visits

  • 20 September: B2B Company Visits & Evening Networking Event at NL Residence

  • 21-24 Sept: TGS 2023 (Hall 9 Booth Z-AA-AB )

Tokyo Game Show is one of the largest game events in the world, focusing on Japanese and Asian game culture from mobile games to e-sports, cosplay and AAA console games. It attracts hundreds of thousands of players, mainly from Japan, as well as a broad range of companies from the bigger region. It is held at the Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, and consists of two business days and two public days. This year, the Netherlands Pavilion will be at the innovative Indie Game Area – a top location for attracting press and publishers.

See you in Japan!!
