DGA x Hanze Pop-Up Lunch

As you might already know, the Dutch Games Association is taking the network lunches national. In case you missed it: In addition to the monthly lunches at Dotslash in Utrecht, we will partner with organisations in other parts of the country to organise pop-up editions of the network lunch. These pop-up events don’t have a fixed schedule, but we aim to organise a few each year.

The first edition in Breda was a success. For the second edition we are taking things ‘up North’, to the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen. At CMGT Hanze Groningen, they encourage students to explore and experiment with new technologies — to play with them, and to discover new uses, new methods and new possibilities. This includes game engines, 3D tools, procedural generation tools and more. They see games as a means for exploring the potential of new tech and thereby helping to create the future.

The Hanze DGA Pop-up Network Lunch will take place on Friday, January 23, from 12:00 to 14:00 at:

Like the regular Network Lunches, the pop-up editions are a great place to build your network, ask for advice, or share your expertise with others. We also offer developers and artists the opportunity to showcase their new games or artwork.
