On the Tuesday morning of GDC we hosted our traditional Dutch Business Breakfast at the consulate of the Netherlands. The view from the consulate was stunning this sunny morning and drove Dutch game developers and their international business contacts to our meetup in droves.
We had two amazing speakers lined up. First Joost van Dreunen from Aldora shared an overview of the current state of the games industry and an outlook on the near future. His microtalk was followed by Henk Rogers from the Tetris Company and Blue Planet Alliance, who shared insights in his journey of over 40 years in the games industry, but also what we collectively can do to helppreserve the planet.
Two very inspiring talks and a great way to kick off the GDC madness. Thanks everyone for attending!
